Molecular Construction is a family-owned and operated full-service Edmonton general contractor specializing in remodeling, renovating and new construction of residential and commercial projects. We are licensed, Service Alberta bonded, WCB covered and fully insured with over 30 years of construction experience, in a wide variety of projects.
We work closely with you, engineers, architects, designers, and the city building department for permits and inspections in coordination with our long-term sub-contractors at all phases of your project to achieve your vision. With our construction and renovation experience, and a passion for perfection, Molecular Construction Ltd. ensures the highest quality of workmanship, quality, and dependability.

- Has no credit issues based on the credit reports that we monitor
- Has zero or a low number of legal issues relative to their competitors
- Has zero or a low number of customer complaints relative to their competitors
- Has a rating of A- or higher by the better business bureau "BBB"
- Has provided us with a current copy of their Insurance
- Has provided us with a current copy of their WCB or WSIB if applicable
- Has provided us with a current copy of their Municipal Business License if applicable

they have a valid business insurance, municipal business license, and WCB/WSIB, they will also receive an A+ rating.
