We are ready to transform medical offices needing upgrades to stay current with technology and design, and are equally versed in tenant improvements such as developing warehouse space into usable office areas, including the addition of barrier free washroom facilities to meet the demands of your growing workforce.

Sometimes just the opposite is needed: you may need a completely new building or more warehouse space to an existing building with a warehouse addition, or where we have designed and engineered approved Mezzanine floor space to meet building and fire code restrictions for your type of building and area.

We also offer full office renovations to an array of different types of businesses, even when you require staying open for day to day operations during renovation. These tasks range from upgrading board rooms, reception areas, restaurants and retail stores, all the way to complete building additions.
