COVID-19 Response
Your safety is our #1 priority. BFC Flooring & Design Centre is OPEN to serve you, while strictly adhering to the COVID-19 safety protocols outlined by the Alberta government and Edmonton government.
What to expect?
- Increased sanitation procedures, such as disinfecting samples and showroom tables.
- Upon arrival, customers must fill in a sign-in sheet at reception desk to help with contact tracing should a customer test positive for COVID-19 at a later date.
- Masks must be worn by customers and employees at all times upon entering our showroom. While we encourage customers to bring their own mask, we will provide masks to customers who did not bring one. They will be provided at the reception desk.
- Hand sanitizer and/or gloves are to be used before touching any samples in our showroom. Both are provided at the reception desk, next to the sign-in sheet.
- Social distancing (standing at least 2m apart from other customer groups) is highly recommended.
- Recyclable paper cups are provided at our water and coffee bar. It is recommended that you use a new paper cup instead of re-filling your cup.
